About the Role
Our client is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Lead Frontend Developer to join their innovative technology team in Manchester . Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of robust and scalable frontend solutions using modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Mentor and guide a team of frontend developers, fostering best practices in coding, testing, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to translate requirements and mockups into fully functional features.
- Conduct code reviews, ensure code quality, and promote continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices.
- Architect and implement reusable components and frontend libraries.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex frontend issues, ensuring a seamless user experience.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional experience in frontend development, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior capacity.
- Expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Strong experience with modern frontend frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Proficiency in state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Vuex) and build tools (e.g., Webpack).
- Demonstrated experience with unit testing, integration testing, and performance optimization techniques.
