About the Role

Our client is seeking a visionary Lead Full Stack Developer to spearhead the development of innovative web applications. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of full stack developers , fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
• Oversee the architecture, design, and implementation of scalable and maintainable web applications.
• Develop robust back-end services and APIs using modern frameworks and best practices.
• Craft engaging and responsive user interfaces using front-end technologies.
• Collaborate with product management and design teams to define project scope and deliverables.
• Implement and champion Agile methodologies and best practices throughout the development lifecycle.

Requirements

• Extensive experience (7+ years) in Full Stack Development , with a significant portion in a lead or senior capacity.
• Strong proficiency in both front-end technologies (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) and back-end languages/frameworks (e.g., Node.js, Python/Django, Ruby on Rails).
• Deep understanding of database technologies (SQL and NoSQL) and API design principles.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containerization (e.g., Docker).
• Proven ability to architect complex web applications and lead development teams effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a hybrid setting.
