Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of full-stack developers, fostering innovation and best practices.

- Collaborate with product management and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications and project plans.
- Ensure the quality, performance, and security of all developed software through rigorous testing and code reviews.

- Oversee deployment processes and provide support for production environments.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in full-stack web development, with a proven track record of leading development teams.
- Strong proficiency in front-end technologies (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) and back-end languages/frameworks (e.g., Node.js, Python/Django, Java/Spring).
- Deep understanding of database design and management, including SQL and NoSQL solutions.
- Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent understanding of software architecture patterns, APIs, and microservices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts.
