About the Role

Our client is seeking a visionary Lead Full Stack Developer to spearhead development efforts for their innovative digital platforms based in Birmingham . Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of full-stack developers, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
• Drive the architectural design and implementation of web applications, APIs, and microservices.
• Oversee the end-to-end development process, ensuring code quality, scalability, and security.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications and project plans.
• Implement and champion DevOps best practices , including CI/CD, automated testing, and infrastructure as code.
• Evaluate and introduce new technologies and methodologies to enhance development efficiency and product capabilities.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in full-stack development , with a proven track record of leading development teams.
• Proficiency in both front-end (e.g., React , Angular , Vue.js) and back-end technologies (e.g., Node.js, Python , .NET).
• Deep understanding of database design and management (SQL and NoSQL).
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS , Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies.
• Strong knowledge of software architecture patterns and best practices for building scalable applications.
