About the Role

Our client is looking for a highly experienced Lead Full Stack Developer to spearhead their development efforts in Coventry . Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of full stack developers , fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
• Architect, design, and implement robust, scalable, and maintainable web applications using modern technologies.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Lead Developer or in a similar senior technical leadership role.
• Extensive experience in both front-end (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) and back-end development (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java).
• Strong understanding of database design and management (SQL and NoSQL).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and containerization (Docker).
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
