The Opportunity

Most sales jobs promise "uncapped commission" but leave you cold-calling dead data with zero support. We do things differently.

We provide HR, Employment Law and Health and Safety Support that businesses actually need, they may just not know it yet, and that's where you come in. We are expanding our Manchester team and looking for competitive, resilient sales professionals who want to master B2B sales, control their own income, and progress quickly.

What You'll Actually Do

Drive Revenue: Hunt for new business through outbound calls, smart emailing, and referrals. Open Doors: Connect with business owners and decision-makers to pitch our value. Build Momentum: Book high-quality appointments and manage your own sales pipeline. Smash Targets: Exceed quarterly goals and watch your commission reflect your effort.

Why Our Office Culture Works

This is a fully on-site role in Central Manchester-and we keep it that way for a reason.

Sales is a team sport. You can't learn the energy, the tone, or the objection-handling tricks from a bedroom. In our modern office, you will work alongside top performers, bounce back from tough calls instantly, and celebrate every single win as a team. If you want a quiet, isolated 9-to-5, this isn't it.

What You Bring to the Table

The Foundation: Proven experience in outbound sales, telesales, door-to-door, or lead generation. The Mindset: High resilience. You aren't fazed by the word "no"-it just makes you sharper. The Communication: You can hold an authentic, professional conversation with a business owner, not just read a script. The Drive: You are genuinely motivated by hitting targets and earning uncapped money.

The Rewards

The Money: Strong basic salary + a realistic £40k OTE in Year 1. Top earners break £60k and often even more! The Growth: Structured, industry-leading sales coaching and training to sharpen your skills daily so you're always able to perform to the best of your capabilities. The Environment: Free on-site gym, modern workspace in the centre of Manchester, and a social, collaborative team. The Extras: Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) and solid pension scheme.
