Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive turf management plans, including irrigation, fertilization, pest control, and aeration strategies.
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of groundskeepers and maintenance staff, fostering a culture of safety and high performance.
• Manage the golf course budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness while maintaining superior playing conditions.
• Oversee the operation and maintenance of all golf course machinery and equipment.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in golf course management or a related horticultural leadership role.
• A strong understanding of turfgrass science, agronomy, and integrated pest management.
• Proven experience in team leadership and budget management.
• Relevant qualifications in Horticulture, Agronomy, or a related field.
• Proficiency with modern groundskeeping equipment and technology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with staff, members, and management.
