About the Role

Our client is searching for a creative and strategic Lead Graphic Designer to head their design department in Coventry . This role involves overseeing all visual communication efforts, from branding and marketing collateral to digital assets and campaign visuals. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the design team, providing direction, feedback, and professional development opportunities.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a Graphic Designer , with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior role.
• A strong portfolio showcasing exceptional design skills across various media, with a focus on branding and campaign work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with design software.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a design team, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
• Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
