Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage real-time grid operations , ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Monitor grid frequency, voltage, and loading conditions, taking proactive measures to maintain stability.
• Coordinate with generation and transmission operators to manage power flow and ensure supply meets demand.
• Lead the response to grid emergencies, contingencies, and system disturbances, implementing restoration plans.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends, potential issues, and opportunities for efficiency improvements.
• Develop and update operational procedures, training materials, and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Significant experience (8+ years) in power systems operations , grid control, or transmission management.
• In-depth knowledge of power flow, stability, and control principles.
• Experience with SCADA systems and grid monitoring tools.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities and the ability to make critical decisions under pressure.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for complex operational challenges.
