Key Responsibilities

• Perform all aspects of hairdressing, including advanced cutting, precision coloring, perming, and treatments.
• Lead and inspire the hair styling team, providing guidance, training, and performance reviews.
• Develop and execute creative styling concepts and salon promotions.
• Conduct thorough client consultations, offering expert advice and personalized styling solutions.
• Maintain the highest standards of salon presentation, hygiene, and client care.

Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Hairdressing.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience as a professional Hair Stylist, with at least 3 years in a lead or supervisory role.
• Expertise in a wide range of coloring techniques (balayage, highlights, etc.) and cutting styles.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and technical proficiency.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and client relationship management skills.
• A passion for mentoring and developing junior talent.
