About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a full range of professional hairdressing services including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments for diverse hair types.
• Lead and mentor a team of hair stylists, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
• Manage salon appointments, ensuring efficient scheduling and smooth client flow throughout the day.
• Maintain high standards of salon hygiene, cleanliness, and presentation.
• Stay updated with the latest hair trends, techniques, and products, introducing innovative services to clients.

Requirements

• Recognised hairdressing qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent).
• Minimum of 7 years' experience as a qualified Hair Stylist, with demonstrable expertise in advanced techniques.
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience in a salon environment.
• Excellent communication and client consultation skills.
• A strong portfolio showcasing creative and technical hairdressing abilities.
