Lead, Home Claims – Hybrid Role with Growth & Bonus

Hastings Direct is seeking a Home Claims Team Leader to manage a dedicated home claims team across our hybrid Leicester or Bexhill site. You will drive performance, quality, and delivery in partnership with outsourced partners.

You will set and monitor objectives, coach colleagues, conduct regular audits, and ensure adherence to SLA. The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a tenacious approach.
