Lead Industrial Engineer - Remote

About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Lead Industrial Engineer to spearhead process improvement initiatives, operating on a fully remote basis. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the analysis, design, and implementation of complex industrial engineering projects to enhance operational efficiency across multiple sites.
• Develop and execute strategic plans for process optimization, utilizing lean manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.
• Manage and mentor a team of industrial engineers, providing guidance and technical expertise.
• Oversee data collection and analysis to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment and successful adoption of implemented solutions.
• Drive innovation by researching and introducing new technologies and methodologies in industrial engineering.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in industrial engineering, with a significant portion in a leadership capacity.
• Demonstrated success in leading large-scale process improvement projects.
• Expert knowledge of lean manufacturing , Six Sigma (Black Belt preferred), and supply chain optimization.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis software and simulation tools.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
