Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of strategic industrial engineering initiatives across multiple departments and facilities.

• Oversee the design and execution of complex projects focused on enhancing operational efficiency, reducing costs, and improving product quality.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related technical field.
• Significant experience (7+ years) in industrial engineering , with at least 2 years in a lead or supervisory role.
• Expertise in advanced Lean Manufacturing , Six Sigma (Black Belt preferred), and other process improvement methodologies.
• Strong proficiency with simulation software, statistical analysis packages, and project management tools.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams in a remote environment and drive significant organizational change.
• Exceptional strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
