About the Role
Our client is seeking an accomplished and visionary Lead Industrial Engineer to spearhead supply chain optimization efforts. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of optimized supply chain processes, from procurement to final delivery.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and cost-saving opportunities.
- Develop and execute strategic plans for network design, inventory management, and transportation logistics.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure seamless integration and continuous improvement of supply chain operations.
- Implement and manage advanced analytics and modeling tools to forecast demand, optimize routes, and enhance visibility.
- Mentor and guide a team of industrial engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance remote work environment.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in industrial engineering , with a significant focus on supply chain and logistics.
- Proven expertise in supply chain optimization , network design, and inventory management.
- Strong analytical skills, with advanced proficiency in data modeling, simulation, and visualization tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and virtual collaboration skills.
- Experience managing complex projects and driving change in a distributed team setting.
