Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of industrial engineers, providing mentorship and technical guidance.
• Develop and oversee the implementation of strategic process improvement projects across multiple sites.
• Utilize advanced analytical tools and simulation software to model and optimize complex systems.
• Establish and monitor performance metrics to track the effectiveness of implemented solutions.
• Champion the adoption of new technologies and methodologies, such as automation and AI in manufacturing.
• Collaborate with senior management to align operational strategies with business goals.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field; P.Eng designation preferred.
• Over 8 years of experience in industrial engineering, with at least 3 years in a team lead or supervisory role.
• Expertise in lean manufacturing , Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt preferred), and project management methodologies.
• Proven track record of successfully leading complex engineering projects from conception to completion.
• Experience with statistical analysis, data visualization, and process simulation tools.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
