Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of industrial engineers, providing technical guidance, project oversight, and performance feedback.
• Develop and execute strategic plans for operational efficiency, focusing on process optimization, waste reduction, and layout design.
• Implement and champion Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma initiatives across all operational areas.
• Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks, implement corrective actions, and improve overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
• Oversee the design and implementation of new facility layouts, material handling systems, and production lines.
• Collaborate with senior management to set operational goals and ensure alignment with company objectives.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or a closely related field.
• 8+ years of experience in industrial engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Deep expertise in Lean Manufacturing , Six Sigma Black Belt certification strongly preferred.
• Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale operational improvement projects.
• Proficiency in simulation software (e.g., Arena, AnyLogic) and advanced data analysis tools.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
