About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of industrial engineers, providing technical guidance and performance management.
- Develop and implement long-term strategies for operational efficiency and capacity planning.
- Oversee the design and execution of major process improvement projects across multiple departments.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the engineering team and operational effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations in process design and implementation.
- Act as the primary technical liaison between engineering, production, and senior management.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related discipline.
- Extensive experience (7+ years) in industrial engineering , with at least 3 years in a lead or supervisory role.
- Demonstrated expertise in lean manufacturing , Six Sigma (Black Belt preferred), and advanced process simulation.
- Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
- Experience with ERP systems and advanced manufacturing technologies.
- Ability to think strategically and translate complex problems into actionable solutions.
