Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of industrial engineers, providing technical guidance and performance management.
• Develop and implement long-term strategies for operational efficiency and capacity planning.
• Oversee the design and execution of major process improvement projects across multiple departments.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the engineering team and operational effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations in process design and implementation.
• Act as the primary technical liaison between engineering, production, and senior management.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related discipline.
• Extensive experience (7+ years) in industrial engineering , with at least 3 years in a lead or supervisory role.
• Demonstrated expertise in lean manufacturing , Six Sigma (Black Belt preferred), and advanced process simulation.
• Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
• Experience with ERP systems and advanced manufacturing technologies.
• Ability to think strategically and translate complex problems into actionable solutions.
