About the Role

Our client seeks an accomplished Lead Industrial Engineer to spearhead process improvement initiatives and operational strategy at their facility in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire . Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of industrial engineers, overseeing their project assignments and professional development.
• Develop and implement long-term strategic plans for operational efficiency and cost reduction.
• Oversee the design and optimization of complex manufacturing processes and production systems.
• Champion the adoption of advanced manufacturing technologies and methodologies.
• Manage key improvement projects from conception through to successful implementation and validation.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or a closely related field.
• Extensive experience (7+ years) in industrial engineering, with a proven track record of leadership.
• Deep understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, Theory of Constraints, and other process improvement methodologies .
• Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
• Expertise in simulation, modeling, and advanced data analysis techniques.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic thinking abilities.
