Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage cross-functional teams on industrial engineering projects, from conception to implementation.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in industrial engineering , with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
• Expertise in Lean Manufacturing , Six Sigma (Black Belt preferred), and project management methodologies.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects, budgets, and timelines effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of delivering significant operational improvements.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, suitable for a hybrid work environment.
