Our client is seeking a seasoned Lead Industrial Engineer to guide and execute significant operational improvements within a fully remote structure. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of strategic industrial engineering initiatives to optimize company-wide operations.
• Mentor and manage a team of industrial engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and high performance in a remote setting.
• Oversee the design and deployment of new manufacturing processes, systems, and technologies.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related advanced technical field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in industrial engineering , with a significant portion in leadership roles.
• In-depth knowledge and practical application of Lean Six Sigma (Master Black Belt preferred), Theory of Constraints, and statistical modeling.
• Proven track record of successfully leading complex process improvement projects in a remote or distributed work environment.
• Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
