About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Design and architect secure, scalable, and high-performance security solutions across the enterprise.
• Develop and maintain the organization's security architecture roadmap, aligning with business goals and emerging threats.
• Lead the evaluation and selection of security technologies and platforms.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to security engineering and operations teams.
• Collaborate with application development, infrastructure, and cloud teams to ensure security is integrated throughout the development lifecycle.
• Define security standards, guidelines, and best practices for the organization.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in information security , with a significant focus on architecture.
• Deep expertise in security architecture principles, frameworks, and design patterns.
• Proven experience with cloud security architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP) and microservices security.
• Strong understanding of cryptography, network security, application security, and identity and access management .
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills, crucial for a remote leadership role.
