Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of machine learning models and systems.
- Architect and implement scalable, production-grade ML pipelines and infrastructure.
- Mentor and guide a team of machine learning engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Collaborate with data scientists and product managers to define project requirements and success metrics.
- Ensure the performance, reliability, and maintainability of deployed ML solutions.
Requirements
- Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proficiency in Python and ML libraries (e.g., Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps practices.
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
