About the Role
Our client is pioneering advancements in AI and seeks an experienced Lead Machine Learning Engineer to spearhead their development efforts. You will lead a talented team of engineers, guiding them through the entire ML lifecycle, from data preprocessing and model training to deployment and monitoring in production environments. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of robust, production-ready machine learning models and pipelines.
- Mentor and guide a team of machine learning engineers, fostering best practices and technical growth.
- Develop and maintain scalable infrastructure for data processing, model training, and inference.
- Collaborate with data scientists and product managers to define project requirements and deliver AI-powered features.
- Implement rigorous testing and monitoring strategies to ensure the performance and reliability of ML systems.
Requirements
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, with a proven track record of delivering production systems.
- Deep expertise in ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn) and programming languages (e.g., Python).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps practices.
- Strong leadership skills and experience managing technical projects and teams.
