Lead, Major Projects Wellbeing & Psychosocial Risk

WSP in the UK & Ireland is seeking a dedicated Specialist in Well-being and Psychosocial Risk to lead the integration of organisational well‑being on major projects across the UK&I region. You will work closely with Project Leadership Teams, HSEQ, HR and clients to design, deliver and embed interventions that reduce risk and improve workforce wellbeing, with a focus on practical, evidence-based outcomes.
