Wellbeing & Psychosocial Risk Lead — Major Projects

WSP in the UK & Ireland is seeking a senior specialist to lead the integration of organisational well-being and psychosocial risk management across major projects in the UK&I region. You will collaborate with Project Directors, HSEQ and HR to design interventions that support workforce wellbeing and project outcomes.

The role requires partnering with senior leaders, embedding wellbeing into governance, and driving continuous improvement with data-driven insights.
