Key Responsibilities
- Lead client engagement teams, providing direction and support throughout project lifecycles.

Requirements
- Postgraduate degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Business, Engineering, Economics).
- At least 6 years of experience in a consulting environment, with a focus on project leadership.
- Demonstrated success in managing client relationships and delivering complex projects.
- Strong understanding of business process re-engineering and strategic planning methodologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and facilitation skills.
