Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage multiple consulting engagements simultaneously from inception to completion.
Develop innovative strategies and operational improvements tailored to specific client needs and market dynamics.
Lead client workshops, interviews, and presentations, effectively communicating complex ideas and recommendations.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key client decision-makers and stakeholders.
Provide expert guidance and mentorship to project teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Requirements

A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in management consulting, with a significant portion in leadership roles.
Proven ability to manage complex, high-stakes projects and deliver exceptional client outcomes.
Expertise in strategic planning, organizational design, process improvement, or change management.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, with a persuasive presence.
Master's degree in a relevant field (MBA preferred) or equivalent professional experience.
