In this vital role, you will provide a range of therapeutic massage services while also guiding clients on holistic wellness practices. You will be instrumental in developing treatment plans, promoting a culture of well-being, and ensuring the highest standards of client care and service delivery within the spa environment. Key Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of advanced massage techniques (e.g., Swedish, deep tissue, sports massage) tailored to individual client needs.
• Conduct detailed client assessments to identify areas of concern and develop personalized treatment and wellness plans.
• Educate clients on stretches, exercises, and lifestyle adjustments to support their overall well-being.
• Collaborate with other wellness professionals to offer integrated client care solutions.
• Maintain detailed and confidential client records, tracking progress and treatment outcomes.
• Potentially lead workshops or informational sessions on stress reduction and holistic health.

Requirements

• Professional certification from a recognized massage therapy institution.
• Minimum of 4 years' experience as a practicing Massage Therapist , with experience in coaching or wellness advising.
• Proficiency in multiple massage modalities and anatomy knowledge.
• Excellent communication, listening, and empathetic skills to build rapport with clients.
• Certification or demonstrated knowledge in complementary wellness practices (e.g., mindfulness, nutrition basics).
• Ability to manage a client caseload and maintain accurate documentation.
