Key Responsibilities

• Provide a comprehensive range of massage therapies, including deep tissue, sports massage, Swedish, and hot stone treatments.
• Conduct thorough client consultations to assess needs, identify contraindications, and tailor treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, documenting progress and treatment outcomes.
• Lead and mentor junior massage therapists, providing guidance on techniques and client care.
• Uphold strict hygiene and sanitation protocols in treatment rooms and common areas.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of new treatment offerings and service standards.

Requirements

• Diploma or certification from an accredited massage therapy school.
• Minimum of 6 years of practical experience as a Massage Therapist .
• Proficiency in multiple massage modalities and techniques.
• Excellent understanding of anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to create a relaxing client experience.
