Our client is seeking an experienced and motivating Lead Massage Therapist to manage and develop their therapeutic services in Newcastle upon Tyne . Key Responsibilities

• Provide a wide range of therapeutic massage treatments, including deep tissue, sports, Swedish, and remedial massage.
• Lead and mentor a team of massage therapists, conducting performance reviews and providing ongoing training.
• Develop and implement new massage techniques and service packages to enhance client offerings.
• Manage scheduling, client appointments, and ensure smooth daily operations of the therapy department.
• Maintain detailed client records and ensure compliance with all health and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with other wellness professionals to offer integrated client care solutions.

Requirements

• Advanced diploma or certification in Massage Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 6 years of practical experience as a Massage Therapist, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
• Proficiency in multiple massage modalities and techniques.
• Excellent understanding of anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage a team and contribute to business development strategies.
