You will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of treatment delivery, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency within the massage department. Key Responsibilities

• Perform a wide variety of advanced massage techniques, including deep tissue, Swedish, sports, and remedial massage.
• Conduct thorough client assessments to understand their needs, health history, and specific concerns.
• Develop personalized treatment plans to address client goals and provide effective pain relief or relaxation.
• Maintain a clean, calming, and professional treatment space, adhering to strict hygiene protocols.
• Mentor and support junior massage therapists, offering guidance on techniques and client management.

Requirements

• Diploma or certification from an accredited massage therapy program.
• Minimum of 6 years of professional experience as a practicing Massage Therapist.
• Proficiency in multiple massage modalities and techniques is essential.
• Excellent understanding of anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a compassionate and professional demeanor.
