Key Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of therapeutic massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, and hot stone massage.
• Conduct client assessments to understand their needs and tailor massage treatments accordingly.
• Lead and mentor a team of massage therapists, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
• Ensure all treatments are conducted to the highest professional and hygiene standards.
• Manage appointment schedules and optimize therapist utilization to maximize client satisfaction and revenue.
• Assist in developing new massage service offerings and treatment protocols to enhance the client experience.

Requirements

• A recognized qualification in Massage Therapy (e.g., ITEC, BTEC, VTCT).
• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience as a Massage Therapist .
• Proven experience in leading or supervising a team within the wellness industry.
• Expertise in multiple massage modalities and client assessment techniques.
• Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and contraindications for massage.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
