Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a variety of massage treatments, including deep tissue, Swedish, and sports massage.
• Guide and mentor junior massage therapists, providing feedback and training.
• Oversee the daily operations of the treatment rooms, ensuring cleanliness and adequate supplies.
• Develop and refine treatment plans tailored to individual client needs and goals.
• Manage client bookings and ensure a seamless, relaxing experience from arrival to departure.

Requirements

• Diploma or certification in Massage Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 4 years of professional experience as a Massage Therapist .
• Proficiency in multiple massage modalities and a deep understanding of anatomy and physiology.
• Excellent client service and communication skills.
• Leadership qualities with experience in team supervision or mentorship.
