About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of therapeutic massage techniques, including deep tissue, Swedish, sports, and remedial massage.
• Conduct client consultations to assess needs, identify contraindications, and tailor treatments accordingly.
• Maintain detailed and confidential client records, including treatment plans and progress notes.
• Manage the appointment schedule for massage therapists, ensuring efficient allocation of time and resources.
• Uphold the highest standards of hygiene, sanitation, and professionalism within the treatment rooms and spa.
• Assist in the training and professional development of junior massage therapists.

Requirements

• Level 3 Diploma in Massage Therapy or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience as a practicing Massage Therapist.
• Proficiency in multiple massage modalities and techniques.
• Excellent understanding of anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and client-care skills.
• Ability to lead and mentor a small team is advantageous.
