Key Responsibilities
- Provide a wide range of advanced massage therapy techniques to clients, addressing specific health concerns and promoting relaxation.
- Lead and mentor a team of massage therapists, conducting performance reviews and providing ongoing training.
- Develop and implement new treatment protocols and service offerings to enhance client experience.
- Manage therapist schedules, client bookings, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Contribute to marketing efforts and client retention strategies for the wellness center.
Requirements
- Qualified Massage Therapist with recognized certification or diploma.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
- Expertise in various massage modalities, including deep tissue, sports massage, and Swedish massage.
- Excellent client care and interpersonal skills , with a compassionate approach.
- Strong leadership qualities and the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
