Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of novel mechanical systems and components within an R&D context.
• Conduct feasibility studies, concept generation, and detailed design using advanced CAD tools .
• Perform in-depth analysis (e.g., FEA, thermal, dynamics) to assess design performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Oversee the fabrication and testing of prototypes, iterating designs based on experimental results.
• Collaborate with cross-functional R&D teams, including electronics and software engineers, to achieve project objectives.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to building a strong technical culture within the R&D department.

Requirements

• Master's or PhD in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Extensive experience (8+ years) in mechanical design, with a strong background in R&D and new product introduction.
• Expertise in 3D CAD software , advanced simulation tools (FEA, CFD), and rapid prototyping techniques.
• Proven track record of innovation and successfully bringing new concepts to realization.
• Strong understanding of materials science, physics, and experimental design.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
