Key Responsibilities

• Lead the conceptual design, development, and validation of complex mechanical systems and products.
• Manage and mentor a team of mechanical design engineers, fostering their technical growth and ensuring project success.
• Oversee the creation of detailed 3D models, 2D drawings, and comprehensive technical documentation.
• Conduct and review advanced engineering analyses, including FEA and CFD , to ensure design integrity and performance.
• Collaborate closely with product management, manufacturing, and other engineering disciplines to define and meet project requirements.
• Champion innovation, drive continuous improvement in design processes, and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in mechanical design, with at least 3 years in a leadership or team lead role.
• Expertise in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA) and advanced simulation tools.
• Proven experience in managing complex engineering projects from concept through to production.
• Strong understanding of material science, manufacturing processes, and design for manufacturability (DFM).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with proven success in remote team environments.
