Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of mechanical design engineers and technicians, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Oversee the entire design lifecycle, from concept generation and feasibility studies to detailed design and product validation.
• Ensure designs meet all technical specifications, performance requirements, and regulatory standards.
• Drive the adoption of advanced design tools, simulation technologies , and best practices within the team.
• Collaborate closely with manufacturing, R&D, and marketing departments to align design efforts with business objectives.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in mechanical design and engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Expertise in 3D CAD software (e.g., Inventor, SolidWorks) and simulation tools (FEA, CFD).
• In-depth knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and product development methodologies.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate engineering teams to achieve ambitious goals.
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
