Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of mechanical engineers throughout the product development lifecycle.

• Conduct in-depth finite element analysis (FEA) and computational fluid dynamics (CFD) simulations.
• Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturing partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless production integration.
• Champion best practices in mechanical design, documentation, and testing methodologies.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent industrial experience.
• Proven track record of at least 8 years in the automotive industry, with significant experience in a lead role.
• Expertise in automotive component design, materials, and manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency with advanced CAD/CAE tools and simulation software relevant to automotive applications.
