Key Responsibilities

• Lead the mechanical design and engineering efforts for renewable energy projects, from concept to commercial deployment.

Requirements

• MSc or PhD in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field.
• Over 10 years of progressive experience in mechanical engineering, with a significant focus on the energy sector (renewables, power generation, etc.).
• Proven experience in leading engineering teams and managing complex technical projects.
• Expertise in system design, thermal management, structural analysis, and fluid dynamics related to energy systems.
• Proficiency in advanced simulation tools (FEA, CFD) and CAD software.
• Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and leadership abilities.
