About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of complex HVAC systems for diverse construction projects.
• Oversee the selection of appropriate equipment, materials, and control strategies.
• Ensure designs comply with relevant building codes, standards, and performance targets.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for HVAC engineering tasks.
• Collaborate with architects, electrical engineers, and project managers to deliver integrated building services.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide expert technical guidance on HVAC design principles.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services Engineering.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in HVAC design, with a proven track record in a lead or senior role.
• In-depth knowledge of thermodynamics, fluid mechanics , and psychrometrics.
• Proficiency with HVAC design and modeling software (e.g., Revit MEP, AutoCAD MEP, IES VE).
• Understanding of sustainable building practices and energy-efficient systems.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
