Key Responsibilities

• Spearhead the design and development lifecycle for new mechanical systems and products, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

• Conduct advanced FEA simulations and analytical calculations to validate designs and predict performance under various conditions.
• Oversee the selection of materials and components, ensuring they meet performance, cost, and reliability requirements.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
• Over 7 years of progressive experience in mechanical engineering, with a focus on complex system design.
• Demonstrated experience in leading engineering projects and teams, preferably in a remote setting.
• Expertise in advanced CAD/CAE tools and a strong theoretical foundation in engineering principles.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships virtually.
