Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of mechanical engineers, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of mechanical product development, from conceptualization to market launch.
- Develop and enforce engineering standards, best practices, and documentation procedures.
- Collaborate with product management and R&D to define project requirements and roadmaps.
- Ensure the technical integrity and performance of all mechanical designs through rigorous reviews and analysis.

Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Significant experience (8+ years) in mechanical design and engineering, with proven leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of CAD/CAM software, stress analysis, and manufacturing processes.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate engineering teams.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- Experience in defining and implementing engineering processes and quality standards.
