About the Role

Our client is looking for a dynamic and experienced Lead Mechanical Engineer to join their team, working entirely remotely . Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced mechanical systems and products.
• Oversee and conduct rigorous engineering analysis , including FEA and CFD, to optimize designs.
• Manage project schedules, resources, and budgets, ensuring timely and successful project completion in a remote setting.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners to achieve project objectives.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, standards, and best practices.
• Mentor and guide other mechanical engineers, fostering technical growth and a culture of innovation.

Requirements

• Master's degree or PhD in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Over 10 years of progressive experience in mechanical engineering, with significant leadership experience.
• Expertise in CAD/CAE software , simulation tools, and design for manufacturing (DFM).
• Proven ability to manage complex projects from conception to completion.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills for remote collaboration.
• Strong understanding of relevant industry standards and regulations.
