Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the full lifecycle of mechanical engineering projects, from initial concept to final product launch.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of mechanical engineers, providing technical direction and performance feedback.
• Develop and implement robust design verification and validation plans, including prototyping and rigorous testing.
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols throughout the design process.
• Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to source high-quality components and manage vendor relationships.
• Present project status, technical findings, and strategic recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in mechanical design and engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Expertise in finite element analysis (FEA) and computational fluid dynamics (CFD) for complex simulations.
• Demonstrated experience with various manufacturing processes, including machining, injection molding, and sheet metal fabrication.
• Strong project management skills, with a proven ability to manage budgets and timelines effectively.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a technical team.
