Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of mechanical engineers throughout the design and development lifecycle.
- Oversee the creation of detailed 3D models and technical drawings using advanced CAD software.
- Conduct rigorous analysis, including FEA and CFD, to optimize designs for performance, durability, and efficiency.
- Collaborate with manufacturing, R&D, and project management teams to ensure seamless product realization.
- Develop and implement best practices for mechanical engineering processes and standards.
- Provide technical expertise and mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
- Over 8 years of progressive experience in mechanical design and engineering leadership.
- Demonstrated expertise in CAD/CAE tools and advanced simulation techniques.
- Proven ability to manage complex engineering projects from concept to production.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Familiarity with various manufacturing processes and materials is required.
