Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
- 10+ years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a focus on design and development.
- Demonstrated experience in leading engineering teams and managing projects.
- Expertise in CAD/CAE tools and simulation techniques (e.g., ANSYS, SolidWorks Simulation).
- In-depth knowledge of various manufacturing processes and materials.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, adept at remote team management.
