Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of mechanical engineers, providing technical guidance and project oversight.
• Define project requirements, scope, and technical specifications for new mechanical systems and upgrades.
• Develop innovative mechanical designs using advanced CAD/CAE software, focusing on efficiency, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Oversee the fabrication, assembly, and testing of mechanical prototypes and production units.
• Conduct root cause analysis for design failures and implement corrective actions to enhance product performance and longevity.
• Collaborate closely with manufacturing, supply chain, and quality assurance departments to ensure smooth product lifecycle management.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
• A minimum of 10 years of professional experience in mechanical engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven expertise in computational fluid dynamics (CFD) and finite element analysis (FEA).
• Extensive knowledge of various manufacturing processes and materials science.
• Demonstrated success in managing complex engineering projects from conception to completion.
