Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of mechanical engineers in the design and development of new products.
• Define and implement best practices for mechanical design , analysis, and validation processes.
• Oversee the creation of complex 3D models, 2D drawings, and detailed technical documentation.
• Conduct advanced engineering analyses, including FEA and CFD, to optimize performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with project management, manufacturing, and quality assurance teams to ensure seamless product launches.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions to enhance product capabilities.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
• Over 10 years of professional experience in mechanical engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Demonstrated expertise in CAD/CAM/CAE software suites and design for manufacturing principles.
• Strong knowledge of various materials, machining techniques, and assembly processes.
• Experience in project planning, resource allocation, and team supervision.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
